This website is for individuals who worked as a non-exempt, hourly-paid Drivers for Transdev Services, Inc. in Baltimore, MD, Woodland, CA, or New Orleans, LA in any week between October 6, 2020 and October 6, 2023. Rhondia Millings, Dawn Adams and Armando Trejo (“Plaintiffs”) have filed a lawsuit against Transdev Services, Inc. alleging they and other Drivers were not paid all wages due to them under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq.
